89:1

وَالْفَجْرِ

{ والفجر } أي فجر كل يوم.

By the dawn;

89:2

وَلَيَالٍ عَشْرٍ

{ وليال عشر } أي عشر ذي الحجة.

By the ten nights (i.e. the first ten days of the month of Dhul-Hijjah).
